Chef/Owner Champe Speidel, with the help of his wife,
Lisa, opened the thirty-eight-seat bistro in the spring
of 2005, garnering regional and national praise.
Chef Speidel combines his unyielding
enthusiasm for the craft with a fierce commitment to
sourcing the very best ingredients and products. The
menu changes a little each night to showcase Speidel’s
personal culinary vision — and, of course, to
