Persimmon serves dinner starting at 5 p.m.

Tuesday through Saturday (January to June)
Tuesday through Sunday (July to December)

The restaurant is closed on Monday.

Reservations are accepted for any size party. Please call 401.254.7474 to reserve a table. Walk-ins are, of course, always welcome, too.

SPRING BREAK  
Persimmon will be on spring break from March 4th through the 12th, reopening on Thursday, March 13th for dinner starting at 5 p.m. We’ll be checking voice mail regularly for any reservation requests, so please feel free to call 401.254.7474 during the break. We will return (well rested!) with some fresh menu ideas and a few special events in the coming months.

Persimmon is located at 31 State Street in Bristol, Rhode Island, mid-way between Providence and Newport.

On-street parking is available on State Street, and there is a municipal lot located directly across from the restaurant.

From Providence: Take I-195 E from I-95. Take Exit 7 for Rte. 114 S (Barrington). Stay on 114 S for approximately 14 miles through Barrington, Warren and into Bristol, where it becomes Hope Street. As the harbor comes into view on the right, stay left at the flagpole. After three blocks, turn right onto State Street. Persimmon is located at 31 State Street.

From Boston: Follow I-93 S to Rte. 24 S. Take the exit for I-195 W in Fall River. Take first exit for Rte. 24 S (Newport). Follow Rte. 24 S into Rhode Island. (There is an Exit 2 in Massachusetts.) Take the second Exit 2 after you enter Rhode Island for Bristol/Portsmouth. Turn right at the end of the off-ramp and proceed approximately one mile to Rte. 114 N. You will pass over the Mount Hope Bridge. Continue past Roger Williams University, then bear left at the split with Rte. 136 N. Bear left again at Wood Street and 114 N becomes Hope Street. In downtown Bristol, turn left onto State Street. Persimmon is located at 31 State Street.
